BIOGRAPHY
ABOUT
Erin grew up in the Chicagoland area and earned a Bachelor of Science degree before relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area for several years, where she worked in various roles in Big Tech and then briefly attended graduate school in psychology. She moved back to Illinois in 2015 for family reasons and began painting in 2019. She is self-taught in acrylics, gouache, and digital drawing/painting, and has taken classes in oils, watercolor, and pastels.
Erin enjoys the use of color, and her work is often bright and energetic across all mediums and subjects.
She has had her artwork displayed in various places across Lake County, such as the Waukegan History Museum (Carnegie), Antioch Fine Arts Foundation Gallery, Wright Gallery (College of Lake County), and Blue Moon Gallery.
Erin is looking to learn and grow as an artist, create much more artwork, and participate in more shows and exhibits.
